Show Club Subscription Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Show Club subscription ("Subscription") offered by Silsden Town Hall, operated by the registered charity Friends of Silsden Town Hall (charity number 1175255) ("Silsden Town Hall", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to Show Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription Fee and Renewal: The Subscription fee is £48.00 payable annually. Payment is exclusively accepted online at our official box office website: https://silsden.live. Your Subscription will automatically renew every twelve months unless cancelled by you.

Benefits: Subscribers are entitled to discounts ranging from 10% to 60% on tickets for events organized by Silsden Town Hall, subject to availability and our discretion. Discounts apply to a maximum of two tickets per Subscription unless otherwise stated. Discounts do not apply to externally organized events or events in aid of other charities, causes, and community groups. Subscribers receive occasional free tickets and priority ticket booking for select events. Subscribers enjoy a 10% discount on drinks and snacks purchased at the bar during applicable events by presenting the digital Show Club card issued via email.

Free Tickets and Mailing List Updates: Occasional free tickets will be distributed at our discretion based on demand and capacity. We reserve the right to remove the offer of occasional free tickets from the Subscription at any time without prior notice. Mailing list updates will be sent at our discretion and may be distributed to non-members. We reserve the right to remove this offer from the Subscription at any time without prior notice. There is no set frequency for mailings.

Priority Booking: Subscribers have priority booking for events, with a minimum booking period of 24 hours. The length of this period may vary depending on the event.

Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your Subscription within fourteen days of the start of the Subscription period without giving any reason. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent by email to welcome@silsdentownhall.org.uk. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

General: Silsden Town Hall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscription or these Terms at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual at our discretion, particularly in adherence to current licensing laws. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Silsden Town Hall regarding the Show Club Subscription and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
