Come and relax and de-stress with Discover Tai Chi. Tai Chi is an ancient martial art where participants flow between a series of poses, improving balance, mobility and flexibility. Breathing techniques and a meditative state of mind relax you and improve mental health. All are welcome to come and give it a try.
